‘Cala Cala’ is a Sicilian expression used to describe a delicious food so impossible to resist that one inevitably leads to another one. Sicilian street food at its best. We are handmade, fresh & tasty arancini.
Cala Cala comes from the tradition of our town, our family, and the combination of original textures and flavours. We use secret recipes that have been passed on many generations.

ABOUT 

Carlotta and Luca are Sicilian siblings who relocated to Edinburgh, united by a shared dream of establishing a food business together. From a very young age, they exhibited great pride and passion for Sicilian products. They embarked on their entrepreneurial journey at the tender age of 10, selling freshly homemade mandarin and lemon juices crafted from fruits plucked directly from their garden trees. Their aspirations evolved, and they set a larger goal for themselves: introducing arancini to Scotland.
