With an on-farm butchery, a local farm-hub delivery service, and a membership-based community supported agriculture scheme, they focus on restoring soil fertility, encourage wildlife, and create a resilient farming system for the future.

Tom Greer from Baba | 14:30
Known for his fast-paced, high-volume cooking style, Tom specialises in crafting quality dishes that highlight the intricate and dynamic flavours of Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine. Since 2018, he has been a driving force as Head Chef of Edinburgh's BABA.

Alan Keery from Nadair | 15:30
Inspired by a love of foraging and Scottish produce, Alan and his partner Sarah founded Nàdair, one of the 'UK's Top New Restaurants' (Condé Nast). Known for its ever-changing 5 course set menu, this Edinburgh gem has gained global recognition and shortlisted for the 'Best Newcomer 2026' at the prestigious CATEY awards, known as the Oscars of hospitality.

Edinburgh-based chef Scott Smith is widely recognised for his thoughtful, flavour-first approach to cooking at his previous restaurants Fhior and Norn. Alongside this, he founded Blank Plate Creative, a restaurant consultancy service born from his reputation of one of Scotland’s most exciting chefs.  

Bethany Ferguson | 15:00
Bethany Ferguson is a food stylist, recipe writer, content creator and chef based in Edinburgh. Passionate about creating mouth-watering plates of food which taste delicious and look visually irresistible, she has worked with brands including Marks & Spencer, Hello Fresh, Tefal and Greggs. She has also been the lead stylist on a number of cookbooks, is a part-time cookery teacher and co-hosts supper clubs with Sarah Rankin.

Chris Rowley & Jordan Clark from Ballintaggart | 16:00
