Decades of experience working in international arts festivals has honed our knowledge of what festival goers truly crave, and this informed our choice of first Cargo creations, Spud and Grill.

At Cargo Spud it’s “Pick-a-Path Potato”.
Step 1. Choose your Spud, whether it’s Skin-on fries, crunchy jacket potato, fluffy tater tots or sweet potato fries.
Step 2 Choose your toppings. We’ve got 7 options to satisfy all cravings, from “The OG”, with crunchy bacon bits, sour cream, spring onions and cheddar, to “aPORKalypse”, our chipotle pulled pork covered in jalapeños, crisp slaw and cooling sour cream.
Signature Dish - “The OG” on a buttery jacket potato, and the classic “Cargo Poutine” Rich gravy and oozing melty cheese curds on our rustic cut skin on fries.
