Known for our juicy fillings, friendly team, and loyal following, we bring hot dumplings packed with big flavour to events across Scotland. From classic pork and chive to chicken, beef, and seafood options, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We loved being part of the festival last year and we can’t wait to return for another year!

Happy Dumplings was born from a desire to share authentic Chinese dumplings in Scotland, crafted with a recipe passed down through generations. The inspiration comes from a family legacy in China, where our brother’s restaurants serve these beloved dumplings, each one made by hand with tradition and care.

Drawing on this heritage, Happy Dumplings brings the same flavoursome experience to Scotland, introducing festival-goers and food lovers to the joy of authentic dumplings. The team combines the original Chinese recipe with fresh, high-quality local ingredients to create dumplings that are both true to their origins and perfectly suited to their new home.
