The Piccolo Kitchen : Nàdair
Join us in the Piccolo kitchen this summer for cooking demonstrations, discussions and workshops from the best of the Scotland's culinary scene. Hosted by Sarah Rankin.
Based in the vibrant neighbourhood of Marchmont, Nàdair opened in August 2024 and is the first restaurant by partners Sarah Baldry and Alan Keery.
The couple met when they both worked under Paul Wedgwood at Edinburgh's esteemed Wedgwood The Restaurant. They then furthered their experience with Sarah heading to Quo Vadis in London, and Alan to Fhior in Edinburgh, before they opened their first restaurant.
Sarah and Alan run the kitchen together, with Alan as head chef and Sarah head of pastry. They build their food and drinks menus upon local and foraged ingredients, to create experimental and bold flavours, with a Scandinavian influence. Their set menu is paired alongside organic wines and a selection of foraged-based cocktails, with syrups and liqueurs often made using seasonal and locally grown botanicals.
You will be taken to our producing partner Assembly Festival to book your tickets.
