Join Sarah Rankin in conversation with Edinburgh Food Social and Nourish Scotland as they explore the power of food to uplift, connect, and transform communities. This session highlights the work of Edinburgh Food Social and their hands-on food education and goes on to look at how we could transform their community meals into vibrant public diners. Nourish Scotland will share insights from their campaign for state subsidised restaurants and explore inspiring examples from around the world. Together, we’ll consider how these initiatives can build resilience, restore dignity, and spearhead the big changes we need in our food system.
