Barry Bryson is the chef owner of Barry Fish Edinburgh which opened earlier this year to great reviews and plenty of buzz. Barry is an award-winning chef who has cooked all over the UK and internationally.
This July, he’s stepping out of the kitchen and onto the stage for a live cooking demonstration that promises to be as entertaining as it is delicious. Expect a behind-the-scenes look at his creative process, expert tips you can actually use at home, and, of course, a few surprises along the way.
