Join us in the Piccolo kitchen this summer for cooking demonstrations, discussions and workshops from the best of the Scotland's culinary scene. Hosted by Sarah Rankin.
Yroshan and Ayesha are the duo behind The Tuskers, a vibrant mobile catering business based in Perth, serving bold and authentic Sri Lankan curries across Scotland. Inspired by their roots and a shared love of food, they bring the warmth and flavour of Sri Lankan cuisine to markets, festivals, and community events.
Alongside their street food venture, they run The Tuskers Sri Lankan Cook School, where they teach people how to cook Sri Lankan food from scratch, sharing family recipes, traditional techniques, and the rich stories behind each dish. Through their food and cook school, Tyroshan and Ayesha are building a delicious bridge between cultures and putting Sri Lankan cuisine firmly on Scotland’s food map.
