Edinburgh Food Social Present: Hot & Crispy Fried Chicken

Crispy, juicy and packed with flavour. This workshop explores the fundamentals of great fried chicken, from marinating in pickle brine to experimenting with different coatings, dry and wet seasonings, and punchy homemade sauces. Expect crunchy textures, bold flavours and end up with a glorious mound of fried chicken.
